PoE RJ45 Splitter Kit for Ethernet Cable Sharing.

PoE RJ45 Splitter Kit for Ethernet Cable Sharing includes two RJ45 splitters which provides an extremely cost-effective solution for connecting two PoE powered Ethernet devices by using a single network cable such as CAT5e or above.

The PoE RJ45 Splitter Kit can be used to connect two PoE-powered IP cameras over a single network cable.

The PoE RJ45 Splitter Kit can also be used to connect a PoE powered IP phone and a computer or two computers over a single network cable.

The Ethernet speed is limited to 100Mbps with the RJ45 splitters, which usually is not an issue for most networking applications.

The PoE RJ45 Ethernet Cable Sharing Kit can be used to quickly set up a dual-LAN network over shared network cables for VoIP communications. In such a dual-LAN network, one LAN is exclusively assigned for running data traffic among connected computers in the network, and the other LAN is exclusively assigned for running voice traffic among connected IP phones in the network. As such, the computer data traffic and IP phone voice traffic are physically separated.

Dualcomm has developed a patented DCES-2448 24-port Cableshare 10/100 Ethernet switch which can be used to build a cost-effective dual-LAN network, used together with the RJ45 splitters.
